Terms of Use

The app

Lumistack is a single-player word puzzle game. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play it on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment.

Coins and purchases

Coins are a virtual item. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are used only inside Lumistack.

Coin packs are one-time purchases. They are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and their refund rules are set by those stores. Prices are shown in the store before you pay.

Coins from a purchase are used up when you spend them, so purchased coins are not restored on a new install. Restore purchases in the Shop restores purchases you made with the same store account. There are no subscriptions.

Fair play in duels

Duels are for playing with friends. Do not try to tamper with the app, its data or other players' results, and do not use the app in ways that interfere with other players.

Availability and changes

We may change, add or remove features, levels and content over time. Some features need an internet connection, such as cloud backup and duels. Core play works offline.

Intellectual property

Lumistack, the Stacky mascot, the card art and the app's design are ours or used under licence. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them except as the app itself allows.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you cannot waive under your local law.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
